The Florida Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect that discrimination on the basis of pregnancy is prohibited in employment. The poster also reflects a new address for the Florida Commission on Human Relations.
Minnesota Minimum Wage
7/16/2015
The Minnesota Minimum Wage poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the minimum wage rate. The minimum wage rate for large employers has increased from $8.00 an hour to $9.00 an hour and for small employers from $6.50 an hour to $7.25 an hour. Increases are effective August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2016.
Georgia Workers' Compensation Bill of Rights
7/10/2015
The Georgia Workers’ Compensation Bill of Rights poster has been updated to reflect an increase to the maximum weekly compensation for temporary total disability benefits and the maximum weekly compensation for temporary partial disability benefits. Also, the Conformed Panel of Physicians panel has been eliminated as a method by which an employer may satisfy the requirements for furnishing medical care. Employers are now only required to post either the Panel of Physicians (WC-P1) or the MCO poster.
